Initial Requirements

  • You must have a controlling interest in the business. This means you must have an interest of at least 50 percent in order to be considered for an investor visa.
  • You must show that you have made or are in the process of making a considerable, irrevocable investment in the business.
  • The amount you invest must be significant in proportion to the total cost of purchasing or creating a new business.
  • Finally, you must show that the business has the present or future capacity to provide more than a job for you and your family.
